- Started as a TPM Manager, grew to Master Black Belt in Lean.
- Played a leading role in the energy transition and was involved in one of the largest transformations in Utilities history, including at Essent.
- Designed and facilitated various leadership programs and focuses on developing internal potential and data-driven problem solving.
